Step 1:
Design & Concepting
Dissatisfied with many existing mailbox options on the market, our team set out to redefine a modern mailbox. Our focus was to make a durable mailbox that was as aesthetic as it was functional.
Step 2:
Iterate & Define
Part of our process with any designing any product, we underwent many rounds of iteration before landing on the final design. We prioritized functionality and inspiration from retro 1960's design language.
Step 3:
Engineer & Manufacture
Once the final design was selected, our team engineered the PostBox for fabrication at our family's metal shop in Grand Rapids, MI. Our products are manufactured in small batches, supporting local jobs while ensuring our commitment to quality.
Step 4:
Assemble & Deliver
From our hands to your doorstep, our products are made to order and assembled in-house.
Since its release, the Wyzer PostBox has been delivered to over 12 states, withstanding the elements ranging from salty air to harsh Northern Michigan winters.
